I love this app and love this program. I’m a former Crossfitter who has been mostly inactive for over two years due to raising little ones and just not having time to go to the gym.
I wanted something challenging (but easy to modify as needed) that I could do in my living room and still get results. DDPY is challenging but easy to modify, can be done any time, and I’m two weeks in and already seeing results. I actually look forward to doing my workout for the day. The strength and flexibility I've gained have helped me continue to enjoy many other activities like water skiing and bicycling. I used to run and lift weights but as I've gotten older I developed issues with my knees and back. DDPYOGA is much easier on your joints but is still a great workout.
